Wind Down Wednesday is an all-levels, easy-going, mid-week class to release tight, sore muscles, recharge your batteries and re-set your energy levels.  This is a great introduction to yoga, or the perfect class if you prefer a slower pace, gentler stretches and thoughtful modifications. This class will include reclined poses, seated poses, a short standing series, finishing off with several restorative postures to leave you feeling like you truly had a chance to Wind Down.
